Probably one of the most sought after games in this year’s FIFA World Cup, Germany and England are set to face each other on June 27, 2010 at Bloemfontein, Cape Province, South Africa.
Some fans say, “Germany, though one of the youngest football squads among all the other teams who participated in the World Cup, can play at the same level as the veterans in England”.
A few football enthusiasts say that England has to worry about Germany’s players that can change games and stay close to them, but they also have to focus on winning the game playing their way.
Whoever prevails at the end of this match, this would probably be one of the highlights of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Here are what the both sides had to say:
England coach, Fabio Capello
It is a very important game, I think one of the more important, because we want to go forward and play in the next game. The pressure is normal when you play the World Cup and the players understand that as well.

The English have huge respect for Germany. There is no other team in the World Cup they fear more. In addition they also have strong concerns of a possible penalty shoot-out against us.
