LeBron James to Announce Decision on Thursday

The whole world will witness LeBron James announce his decision about his NBA future. The Associated Press reports that representatives for James have asked sports network ESPN to air the most-coveted free agent’s announcement of his decision Thursday.

According to ESPN’s Chris Broussard, James’ decision will be included in a hour-special on the two-time MVP. However, James’ publicist, Keith Estabrook, declined to comment on the news. ESPN management also has yet to confirm the reports.

James has not given any hint about where he would be playing in the coming NBA season. Earlier this week, James talked to representatives of the Cleveland Cavaliers, New York Knicks, New Jersey Nets, Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls, and Los Angeles Clippers.

James, along with Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh, is among several marquee players on the free-agent market still have to make a decision. Earlier this week, Joe Johnson decided to remain in Atlanta while Amare Stoudemire agreed to move to New York.

Teams cannot sign players until Thursday, one day after the league determines the salary-cap figure for the coming season.
